1. What Atmivo does
Atmivo is a personal recording and visualization tool. It helps you keep manually entered blood pressure and pulse readings, headache episodes, daily summaries and notes; view weather and atmospheric-pressure information; set reminders; and explore descriptive comparisons in your own records. Available features depend on the app version, device, permissions, connectivity, region and any applicable subscription.
Examples on the website use fictional data. They illustrate the interface and do not promise a particular finding or health outcome.
2. No medical advice or emergency monitoring
Atmivo does not provide a diagnosis, treatment, medical recommendation or clinical monitoring service. It does not measure blood pressure using the phone. Use an appropriate measuring device and enter the results yourself. The phone's barometer measures atmospheric pressure, not blood pressure.
Charts, observations, ranges, reminders and exported reports are informational summaries. A pattern or association does not establish causation, prove weather sensitivity or predict an illness or episode. Missing, inaccurate or incomplete records can change the results. No particular pattern, accuracy level, benefit or outcome is guaranteed.
Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions. Do not change or stop treatment, delay care or rely on Atmivo to decide whether a situation is safe. It is not an emergency service, and neither the diary nor notifications are continuously monitored by a clinician. In an emergency, contact the appropriate local emergency service.
3. Weather, sensors and notifications
Forecasts, calculated ground-level pressure and device sensor readings have different sources and limitations. Values may be approximate, unavailable, delayed or outdated. They are not guaranteed to represent the conditions at your precise position, altitude or time.
Reminders and weather notifications depend on system settings, permissions, connectivity and external services. They may arrive late or not arrive. They are convenience features and must not be used as medical, life-safety or severe-weather warning systems.
4. Your records and account
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter, the choices you make when interpreting it, and keeping your account credentials and device secure. Use only data you are entitled to provide. You retain your rights in your records; you authorize us to process them only as needed to supply the features you request and as described in the Privacy Policy.
Cloud diary is optional and is not a guarantee against data loss. Keep copies of information that is important to you. Review exported files before sharing them and choose recipients carefully. A report is a summary of your records, not a medical conclusion or a substitute for the original measurements.
You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms, or any authorization required by applicable law. Do not use another person's account without permission.
5. Plus, subscriptions and free access
Where available, Atmivo Plus offers additional features through an Apple in-app subscription. The App Store purchase screen shows the actual price, currency, period and conditions before you confirm. Apple handles payment. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you turn renewal off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, as shown in Apple's purchase terms.
You can manage or cancel renewal in device Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Removing the app or deleting a Cloud diary account does not cancel a subscription. After cancellation, paid access normally remains until the end of the paid period, subject to refunds and Apple's billing status. Requests for Apple-billed refunds can be made at https://reportaproblem.apple.com/ and remain subject to Apple's process and your statutory rights.
If a one-time free Plus period is offered in the app, its eligibility and duration are shown before activation. That free access period is not itself a paid subscription and does not automatically charge you when it ends. DeviceCheck may be used to prevent repeated claims. Starting a paid subscription is a separate purchase. When Plus ends, your local diary and the free functions remain available.
6. Acceptable use and intellectual property
Use Atmivo lawfully for its intended personal purposes. Do not attempt unauthorized access, compromise security, overload the service, evade paid-access checks, or use it to infringe another person's rights. Restrictions do not prevent activities that applicable law expressly permits.
The app, site, design and software are protected by intellectual property law. Your rights to use the iOS app are also governed by Apple's standard app license unless a valid custom license is supplied: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. Third-party components and weather data remain subject to their applicable licenses. These terms supplement that license and do not remove any non-waivable rights.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, update or change the service. External data, operating systems and provider availability can affect functionality. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. Where changes materially affect a paid service, we will provide the notice and remedies required by applicable law.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to address misuse, security threats or legal requirements. Any action will remain subject to applicable consumer law. You may stop using Atmivo at any time; account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate actions as explained above.
8. Warranties and responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atmivo and third-party information are supplied as available, without a promise of uninterrupted service, perfect accuracy, completeness or fitness for a particular medical or other purpose. You are responsible for decisions made from your own interpretation of records and third-party information, except to the extent the law places responsibility on us.
To the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, lost profits or business opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the service. Where the law allows a monetary limit, our total liability for claims relating to Atmivo is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for Atmivo during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim and US$50 or its local equivalent.
These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable liability for death or personal injury, fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, mandatory data-protection obligations, and statutory consumer guarantees or remedies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under mandatory law. Where a limitation is not permitted, the relevant law applies.
9. Privacy and disputes
Our Privacy Policy explains data processing, retention, optional synchronization, purchases and deletion. Agreeing to these terms is not a replacement for any separate permission or explicit consent required for optional processing. Read it at https://kinapp.dev/atmivo/privacy/.
Please contact support@kinapp.dev about a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration, waive access to your local courts or remove the protection of laws that must apply where you live. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply insofar as the law allows.
10. Updates and contact
We may revise these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. The current version and effective date will be published here, with additional notice where required. Changes will not retroactively remove accrued rights. If a change requires your agreement under applicable law, we will obtain it.
