Record blood pressure and pulse readings from your own monitor. Log headaches, their intensity and duration, and add notes about relevant circumstances. Give each day context you can return to later.
A headache-free day and a missing entry are different things. Record the good days too for a more complete history. Reminders help you return to your diary at a time that works for you.

Comparing recorded days

A 30-day example. Days without records are excluded.
You do not have to remember every detail. Return to your records and compare your days. Observations brings headache entries and blood pressure readings together with weather conditions. When enough usable records are available, the app provides descriptive comparisons.
See how many days were included and where records are missing. Events happening together can help you ask a question, but do not establish what caused a symptom.
See when atmospheric pressure is expected to rise or fall. Explore changes throughout the day on an hourly chart, look back at previous values and check the forecast for your selected place.
Set alerts for a pressure change over a chosen time window, or for pressure above or below a level you select. For level alerts, choose the evening before or the same morning. Quiet hours are configured separately.
This is a weather forecast. It does not predict how you will feel.

Elevation affects atmospheric pressure. Atmivo distinguishes sea-level pressure, a ground-level estimate for your selected place and readings from the barometer on a compatible iPhone. Labels and colours help you understand where each number comes from.
Try moving the device upwards in this example. Its elevation and atmospheric pressure change, while the ground-level and sea-level values stay in place.

The iPhone barometer measures atmospheric pressure. Blood pressure requires a separate monitor.

Bring blood pressure readings, headache entries and available weather data together in a PDF for your chosen period. Select the dates and decide whether to include notes. Save, print or share it before an appointment so you can discuss specific records and observations.
You can also export diary entries as CSV. You choose what to share.

Records stay on your iPhone and are available offline. Cloud synchronization is a separate choice.
Choose when to record readings, check in on how you feel and complete your day.
Atmivo organises records, draws charts and provides descriptive comparisons. It does not diagnose conditions, establish the causes of symptoms or recommend treatment. Discuss health decisions with a clinician.
Use a separate blood pressure monitor, then add the readings to your diary. The barometer on a compatible iPhone measures atmospheric pressure only.
Yes. Your saved diary and new entries are available offline. Fresh weather, city search, synchronization and server-delivered notifications need an internet connection.
Plus is designed for a longer forecast, more places, extended overviews and reports. Availability depends on the version. Any paid offer and its terms appear in the app before purchase.
