Terms of Use — Arrow Maze

Important: These Terms supplement the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (“Apple Standard EULA”), which applies to the licence for Arrow Maze when downloaded from the App Store. If these Terms conflict with the Apple Standard EULA or mandatory consumer law, the Apple Standard EULA or mandatory law controls to the extent of the conflict.

1. Agreement

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Stepanov Dmitrii (“we,” “us,” or the “Developer”) governing your use of the Arrow Maze mobile application, its content, features, subscriptions, and related support services (collectively, the “App”). By downloading, purchasing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms, the Apple Standard EULA, and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the App. If you are not legally able to accept these Terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept them for you.

2. Licence and ownership

Arrow Maze is licensed, not sold. Subject to these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Usage Rules, including applicable Family Sharing rules.

The App, its software, original levels, artwork, sound, interface, name, logo, and other content are owned by or licensed to the Developer and are protected by intellectual-property laws. No right is granted except the limited right to use the App.

3. The game

Arrow Maze is a single-player puzzle game. Features may include campaign levels, daily puzzles and quests, Zen play, Photo Maze, themes, virtual items, achievements, Game Center leaderboards, and optional Premium access. Feature availability may depend on App version, device compatibility, region, Game Center status, and a valid App Store entitlement.

We may balance levels, rewards, virtual items, difficulty, and feature limits to maintain the game. We will not intentionally remove a paid entitlement during its valid subscription period without providing an appropriate remedy required by applicable law or App Store rules.

4. Photo Maze and content you choose

You may select a photo to generate a maze. You retain any rights you have in that photo. You represent that you have the necessary rights or permission to use the selected image and that your use does not violate law or another person’s privacy, publicity, copyright, or other rights.

The photo is processed on your device as described in the Privacy Policy. The original image is not uploaded to the Developer.

5. Acceptable use

You must not:

use the App unlawfully or to infringe another person’s rights;
attempt to bypass subscription verification, security, or access controls;
reverse engineer, decompile, modify, redistribute, sublicense, sell, rent, or exploit the App except where applicable law expressly permits it;
use automation, modified clients, or manipulated data to obtain unfair leaderboard scores, achievements, virtual items, or rewards;
introduce malicious code or interfere with the App, Game Center, App Store, or another user’s device;
use the App to harass, deceive, or harm others.

6. Premium subscriptions

The App may offer weekly and annual auto-renewable Premium subscriptions. The purchase screen displays the available plan, current localized price, billing period, and included features before you confirm a purchase. Prices and availability may vary by country and may change as permitted by Apple and applicable law.

Payment is charged to your Apple Account after confirmation.
A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it through your Apple Account subscriptions settings before renewal, within the time required by Apple.
You can manage or cancel a subscription in Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
Use Restore Purchases in the App to refresh an existing eligible entitlement.
Billing, cancellation, and refund requests are administered by Apple and are subject to Apple’s terms and applicable consumer law.

7. Virtual items and rewards

Coins, hints, lives, streak items, stars, rewards, and similar game elements are limited, revocable licences for use only inside Arrow Maze. They have no cash value, are not property or currency, cannot be transferred outside the App, and cannot be redeemed for money, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

8. Apple services and external services

Game Center, App Store purchases, Photos Picker, notifications, and other Apple services are operated by Apple and may be governed by separate Apple terms. We do not control their availability. Internet access may be required for purchases, restoration, Game Center authentication, achievements, or leaderboards, and your network provider may charge for data use.

9. Updates, compatibility, and availability

We may release updates to improve performance, security, compatibility, levels, or features. Some updates may be required to continue using online or purchase-related functionality. We do not promise that every feature will be available on every device, operating-system version, language, or territory. We may suspend a feature when reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or discontinuation, subject to applicable consumer rights.

10. Support

Support is available at https://kinapp.dev/arrowmaze/support/ or support@kinapp.dev. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App except as required under the Apple Standard EULA or applicable law.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, that every generated maze will suit every preference, that Game Center or App Store services will always be available, or that the App will be free from every defect. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, or rights that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer guarantees.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or interruption arising from use of or inability to use the App. The Developer’s aggregate liability relating to the App will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App or Premium during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim and the minimum amount required by applicable law. These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or certain personal injury.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using and delete the App at any time; subscription cancellation is a separate action described above. Your licence may terminate if you materially breach these Terms or the Apple Standard EULA. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and dispute provisions—will survive.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the App, law, or App Store requirements. The updated Terms will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Where required, material changes will be presented for acceptance or otherwise notified before they take effect.

15. Governing law and disputes

Except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Developer is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, this clause does not remove rights or forums that the law of your usual residence makes mandatory.

16. Apple as third-party beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms as they relate to your licence and use of the App. After you accept these Terms, Apple has the right to enforce the relevant provisions against you as a third-party beneficiary. These Terms are between you and the Developer, not Apple; the Developer is responsible for the App and its content, subject to the Apple Standard EULA.
