Short version: Arrow Maze has no developer-operated account or gameplay server. Core game data stays on your device, and a photo selected for Photo Maze is processed on your device and is not uploaded to us. The free experience may show non-personalized ads through Google Mobile Ads; Premium removes ad requests and presentations. Google may process the advertising and diagnostic data described below. Optional purchases and Game Center features are provided by Apple.
1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Stepanov Dmitrii (“we,” “us,” or “the Developer”) handles information in the Arrow Maze mobile application (“Arrow Maze” or the “App”).
Contact: support@kinapp.dev
Website: https://kinapp.dev
2. Information handled by the App
Game progress and settings
Completed levels, stars, scores, achievements, streaks, virtual items, hints, settings, onboarding state, and similar gameplay information are stored locally in the App’s container on your device. We do not receive this information on a developer-operated server.
Photo Maze
You choose a specific image using Apple’s system Photos Picker. The selected image is processed on your device to identify a silhouette, colours, and maze geometry. The original image is not uploaded to us and is released from the App’s working memory when it is no longer needed. The App does not request unrestricted access to your photo library.
Local notifications
If you grant permission, the App schedules reminders on your device for daily puzzles. These are local notifications. We do not receive a push token or use a developer-operated push notification server in the current version.
Game Center
When Game Center is available, the App may access your Game Center player identifier, display name, alias, and restriction status, and may submit scores and completed achievements to Apple. The App uses the restriction status on-device to choose an age-appropriate advertising treatment. The status itself is not sent to a developer-operated server; only the resulting treatment setting is supplied to Google’s consent and advertising SDKs on the device. A local synchronization record associated with the Game Center player identifier is stored on your device. Game Center is operated by Apple, and the game remains playable if Game Center is unavailable.
Purchases
Subscriptions and purchase restoration use Apple StoreKit. The App receives product information and verified transaction and entitlement status needed to provide purchased features. Apple processes payment and billing information; we do not receive your full payment card or banking details.
Diagnostics
Google Mobile Ads and its consent component may process non-user-related crash logs, performance information such as launch time, hang rate or energy use, and other diagnostic data to diagnose problems, improve the SDK, measure advertising, and support advertising features. The operating system may also create diagnostic or crash reports. If you choose to share diagnostics with Apple, Apple may make diagnostic information available under its own privacy terms and settings.
Support
If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your email address, message, screenshots, and diagnostic details. Please do not send sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for your request.
3. How we use information
Information handled by the App is used only to:
- provide gameplay, preserve progress and preferences, and generate Photo Maze levels;
- complete and restore purchases and verify access to Premium features;
- submit scores and achievements when Game Center is used;
- deliver reminders that you have permitted;
- deliver, limit the frequency of, measure, and protect advertising, and remember applicable consent choices;
- diagnose crashes and performance problems and improve the reliability of the advertising components;
- respond to support requests, investigate defects, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.
4. Advertising, analytics, and tracking
The free experience uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google User Messaging Platform to deliver interstitial and rewarded ads and to collect or remember consent choices where required. Depending on the device, region, consent status, and SDK operation, Google may receive or process:
- an IP address used to estimate coarse location;
- a device identifier, including an advertising identifier when access is lawfully available or another app- or developer-bounded identifier;
- advertising data, such as ads shown and interactions with them;
- product interaction data, such as app launches, taps, and video views; and
- crash, performance, and other diagnostic data.
These data may be used for third-party advertising, ad delivery and frequency capping, fraud prevention, aggregate reporting, advertising measurement, analytics, and diagnosing or improving the advertising components. Premium disables new Google ad requests and ad presentations while the entitlement is active.
The current version disables personalized advertising and Google publisher first-party ID, does not request access to the iOS advertising identifier through App Tracking Transparency, and is not configured by the Developer to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Non-personalized ads may still use mobile identifiers for limited purposes such as frequency capping and aggregate reporting. We do not sell personal information.
5. Third-party services
The App uses Apple services, including App Store, StoreKit, Game Center, Photos Picker, and local notifications. Apple processes information under its own terms and privacy policy. You can review Apple’s Privacy Policy and manage relevant choices in your Apple Account and device settings.
The App also uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. Google processes information under its own terms and privacy documentation. You can review Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses information from apps that use its services. Ads may link to services operated by third parties, whose privacy practices are governed by their own policies.
6. Storage, retention, and deletion
- Local gameplay data remains in the App’s container until you reset applicable progress, erase the device, or delete the App, subject to Apple device backup and restore behaviour.
- A selected photo is held only as needed for the active Photo Maze workflow. Maze geometry may remain while you play the generated level, but the App does not persist or upload the original photo to us.
- Game Center and App Store purchase records are retained by Apple according to Apple’s policies and your Apple Account settings.
- Advertising, consent, and diagnostic data processed by Google is retained under Google’s policies and applicable consent or legal requirements. We do not operate a separate server-side advertising profile.
- Support correspondence is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request, maintain security and support records, and meet legal obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.
Because we do not operate an Arrow Maze account or gameplay server, we ordinarily do not hold a server-side gameplay profile to delete. You can remove local App data by deleting the App. You can manage Game Center, subscriptions, and Apple data through your Apple Account. To request deletion of information you sent directly to support, email support@kinapp.dev.
7. Your choices and rights
You can decline or revoke notification permission in device Settings, stop using Photo Maze, sign out of Game Center through Apple settings, and manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account. Where required, you can review or change advertising consent choices through Settings → Advertising choices in the App. Purchasing Premium prevents new ad requests and presentations while Premium is active. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to our handling of personal information and to lodge a complaint with a local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise an applicable right.
8. Children
Arrow Maze is a general-audience game and is not directed specifically to children. It does not require a developer-operated account and does not knowingly request a child’s name, contact information, precise location, photo, or other personal information. Photos selected for Photo Maze are processed on the device and are not uploaded to us. A parent or guardian should supervise use by anyone who cannot legally consent on their own and should configure the child’s Apple Account, Game Center, purchases, advertising consent, and device permissions appropriately.
9. Security
We use data minimization, on-device processing, Apple-provided system pickers, verified StoreKit transactions, non-personalized ad configuration, and consent controls to reduce privacy and security risk. No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we limit the information handled and review relevant App behaviour when features change.
10. International use
Apple and Google services may process information in countries other than your own under their respective policies. Support correspondence may be processed where the Developer and its service providers operate, subject to applicable safeguards and law.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when the App, legal requirements, or our data practices change. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how information is collected or used, we will provide notice or request consent where required.
