Who operates these pages
The Color Mancala pages at kinapp.dev are maintained by independent developer Dmitrii Stepanov, working under the KinApps brand. Contact support@kinapp.dev with questions about information handling.
This policy covers the three Color Mancala website variants and their rules and document pages. Other applications, pages, and external platforms may have their own policies.
When you visit
To deliver a page, your browser sends technical information to the server, including your IP address, requested URL, request time, and browser information. The server and hosting infrastructure may record this information in technical logs to operate the site, diagnose problems, and protect against abuse.
These pages contain no advertising or analytics trackers, registration forms, cookies. Fonts, images, and scripts are served from kinapp.dev. Theme selection and the move demonstration run in your browser without sending play events to the server.
Language and interactive examples
The language is represented in the page path. When you choose a language manually, the site saves only its code in your browser’s localStorage under kinapp.lang to remember it on later visits. Automatic language detection does not save a preference. You can remove it by clearing this site’s browser data. Theme selection, selected pieces, and motion settings last within the open page; the site does not create a persistent visitor profile for them.
The interactive example is not linked to an app save and does not create a game account.
Progress in the game
In the current implementation of Color Mancala, your profile, unlocked themes, results, and unfinished attempts are saved on your device. Visiting this website does not send it those game saves.
Operating-system and distribution-platform services may process their own technical information according to their settings and policies. Also consult the documentation supplied with the particular distributed version of the game.
When you contact the developer
An email to support@kinapp.dev includes your sender address, message, and any attachments you choose to send. This information is used to respond to and handle your request. Please do not include passwords, payment information, or other details unnecessary for your question.
Email and hosting services participate in technical delivery and storage. Information may also be disclosed when necessary to comply with applicable law.
Retention and your requests
The web server is currently configured to rotate logs daily and retain up to 14 archives. Particular records may be needed longer to investigate a technical incident or fulfil a legal obligation. Correspondence is retained while needed to resolve your request, handle follow-up questions, and meet applicable obligations; you may ask the developer about a particular request.
You may contact us about access, correction, or deletion of information relating to you. You may also request restriction of processing, object, or complain to a competent data protection authority where applicable law provides these rights. The availability and scope of a request depend on applicable law and any need to retain information for required purposes.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the site changes. The date at the top identifies the current version. Material new processing practices should be reflected in the policy before they are applied.
